Account Information: Name, phone number, email address, and profile photo provided during registration.

Location Data: Real-time GPS location is used during active trips to facilitate ride tracking. We do not collect background location data when the app is not in use.

Trip Data: Your booking history, pickup/drop locations, and trip duration.

Payment Information: We do not store full payment card details. Payments are processed through certified third-party payment gateways.

Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and app version for technical support and debugging purposes.

Communications: Messages sent through the in-app support chat system.

• To process and confirm bookings between passengers and Driver Partners
• To display your real-time trip location to you and your shared contacts during a trip
• To communicate with you about your bookings, account, and our services
• To provide customer support through our in-app chat and ticket system
• To comply with legal requirements, including sharing data with authorities in emergency situations or when required by law
• To improve our platform, fix bugs, and develop new features

• With Driver Partners: Your name and pickup location are shared with your assigned Driver Partner to facilitate the ride.
• With Emergency Services: In case of an emergency, your location and contact details may be shared with the relevant law enforcement authorities of the concerned jurisdiction — including Ladakh Police, J&K Police, or Himachal Pradesh Police — as applicable to the route on which the emergency occurs.
• With Service Providers: We share minimal data with trusted third-party providers (e.g., payment processors, cloud infrastructure) strictly necessary for operating the platform.
• We do not sell your personal data to any third party for marketing or advertising purposes.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Trip history is retained for up to 3 years for legal and dispute resolution purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at privacy@ladagx.com.

• Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: You may correct inaccurate information through your account settings or by contacting us.
• Deletion: You may request account deletion. Note that some data may be retained for legal compliance.
• Opt-out: You may opt out of non-essential communications (marketing) at any time through account settings.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), Supabase Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure users can only access their own data, and regular security audits. However, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute data security.

LadagX is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has registered, please contact us immediately and we will delete the account.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notification or email. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
